Online orders are processed within two business days from time of purchase. Production times vary depending on the level of personalisation required.

Estimated delivery times can be viewed once the item is in your basket.


Shipping

For addresses within Australia

Orders within Australia receive complimentary express shipping.

Australian domestic orders are sent Express Post via Australia Post. Parcels are delivered within 1–2 business days.

Please note, shipping time does not include production time.

For addresses outside Australia

International orders are sent Express Service via DHL.

The countries we deliver to and their estimated shipping times are:

  • New Zealand, 1–2 business days
  • United States, 3–5 business days
  • Canada, 3-5 business days
  • United Kingdom, 4–5 business days*

* Orders to the United Kingdom must be over the value of GB£135.

Please note, shipping time does not include production time.

The cost for postage, payable at checkout, will depend on the country you are shipping your parcel to.

Orders over AU$1,000 receive complimentary express shipping.


Duties and taxes

Please note, depending on your order value and the import laws in the country receiving the parcel, duties and taxes may be payable. As the recipient, you are liable for any levies applied in the country you are shipping to. It is necessary to pay these to release your parcel and to continue the shipment to your address.

In this event, you will be contacted by DHL who will process any payable duties or taxes for you.


Parcel tracking

Once your parcel is packed and out for delivery, you will receive an automated email notification or text message. You will be provided with a clickable link or a tracking number to monitor the journey of your parcel.

You will be given the option to choose your communication preference during the order process.

Our parcels require a signature on delivery, however you can manage your delivery options and provide any special delivery instructions inside DHL or Australia Post’s parcel tracking portals.

If nobody is available to sign for the parcel, a delivery note will be left requiring you to either rearrange a delivery time or collect the parcel from a holding facility with photo ID.


Order cancellations

If you have made a mistake or changed your mind, you may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing your order. You can access your order history in your account to action a cancellation. We are not able to cancel your order after this time.
