Returns Policy
All our jewellery is made to order and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchase.
We accept online return requests on any faulty items within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging
- The parcel must arrive in the original resealable mailer bag to keep the package protected
- The original delivery note must be included within the package
Making a return
You can request a return by following the steps in our returns centre.
You are responsible for submitting the correct details of the returned items and any information withheld may mean you are not eligible for an exchange or refund. We cannot accept any parcels before a request for return is processed online.
If your return request is accepted, you will be notified and issued with a free returns label. Please print off the label and attach it securely to the front of the parcel. Make sure all details on the label are visible.
If returning from within Australia, please send your parcel via Australia Post.
For parcels outside Australia, please contact your local DHL to arrange a pick up.
Assessment process
All items will be assessed in relation to the return eligibility criteria above.
Once we have received and inspected your return parcel, we will contact you to update you on the status of your request.
If approved, your refund or exchange will be automatically processed.
Exchanges will be processed within two business days from the time of approval. Please keep in mind that, as with your original order, production times vary depending on the level of personalisation required.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take several days for the refund to appear.
